I appreciate the info, and you're right - wrong Mary Ann Gallimore. It's believed that 'my' Mary Ann Gallimore may have married a Calvin Barker and perhaps may have died in giving birth to a daughter. Calvin Barker was killed in the Civil War in 1863 in TN.
I found your previously posted msg regarding Ruth Wright and Jesse - "Elisha was born in Virginia about 1775, but lived briefly in Randolph County, North Carolina, and in Rowan and Surry Counties, North Carolina before settling in Davidson County. He married Margaret Emerson. One of their sons is Jesse, born in about 1806; he married Ruth Wright. Ruth was the daughter of Richard Wright, Baptist minister."
Seems there was an 'Owen' who was Jesse's brother. I just thought you might have something on this Jesse's children.
