I just read your post on the Gallimore/Ponler reunion photo in 1947. Are you sure it isn't Ponsler? I have been researching the Samuel Gallimore family in Jennings Co., IN. Samuel & ELizabeth (Hooker) Gallimore had a granddaughter, Hester Jane Gallimore who married Alexander Ponsler abt. 1879. Would this by any chance be your family?
I don't have any photo's of this family but if you think they might connect, I'd love to see the photo.
