Whether correct or not, many people appear to have picked up on the spelling of Darby's name as Gallahue/Gallihue.

Would anyone happen to have any information on Charlotte Gallahue (Gallihue/Gallihugh)
who married Samuel Dalton, 1767, Pittsylvania
Co., VA. Have seen her ancestry as a daughter of William Gallahue and Anne Kenner, but this William has been given the parentage of Darby Gallahue and Charlotte Ewell, which
date-wise, would be impossible.

Have also seen Darby Gallahue as a son of
a James Gallahue and that Darby had a brother, William, which would certainy be a better fit, datewise.

Can anyone help me out here? Thanks.

MT Miles
