When researching Martha Jane, you will find the names mixed up because there was another Martha Jane Gallemore. My greatgrandmother married Fred Gallemore after she divorced my ggfather John Blankenship. She was Martha Jane Barker and is buried under the name of Martha Gallemore in a small church yard between Neosho and Seneca. Try Ardmore Okl for Martha j. Gallemore I have also found the name in towns in Okl. not far from the Kansas, Mo. border. The Seneca Library has 5 volumes of books published by the Seneca Historical Committee for sale. Box 207 Seneca Mo. 64865 You will find good info in these books. I also have a list of names from the Sparlin Gallemore Cemetery. Fred and Martha moved to Glendora Calif for Fred's health after a tree fell on him. He died there and Martha became homesick and moved back to Newton County. I do not know who Fred's father was. I think he was the grandson of Frederick Gallemore one of the first settlers along lost creek.
