I am looking for any information regarding the origins of the Gallegos family from Las Vegas Nm. My father was Ernesto Gallegos and my Grandfather was Isidore Vito Gallegos.
Also, in the past, there has been talk referring to the term 'LADINO' which to my understanding actually refers to Spaniards that came to America that were non-Catholic and may have had Jewish origins. These individuals may have converted to Catholicism.If you have any knowledge regarding this, please contact me.
