Sacred Heart Catholic Church has marriage and baptism records which begin in the 1800s in the city of El Paso. The film is available through LDS-Family History Centers. Many of these records have Spanish surnames. Licon is one of these surnames. Gallegos may also be there. If you know anything about the Licon family of Frank Licon Gallegos, let me know. He may be related to my Licon family.
