Dear Chris,
I'm not sure if you are still looking for information on Albert Gallatin, but here is what I have. Albert had three children who lived to be adults they are James(b18 Dec. 1796) married Josephine Mary Pascault and had a son Albert(b 7 Feb. 1825-1859). Albert Rolaz(8 Jan. 1800-1890) married Mary Lucille Stevens and had 3 sons Albert Horatio(1839-1903), Frederic(b 1841),and James(1846-1890)
The 3rd child was a girl, Frances(3 Feb.1803),married Byam Kirby Stevens. I too am trying to find my family connection and I'm stuck on Frederic, I'm not sure if he could have gone by the name William, this is the missing link in my family tree the date of birth is right but the name is different. My grandfather was John Smallwood Gallatin and his father was George Ira Gallatin, William was the next generation back. I hope this is helpful.
