I am starting to search for my Galentine family history. My grandfather was Albert Vallair Galentine, and his wife was Adda Lucille (Thomas) Galentine. They lived in Luthersburg,Clearfiled County,Pennsylvania. They had 9 children; Lee V. Galentine b. 4-5-1937, Archie Galentine b. 1-4-1942, Anna Mae Galentine-Bell b. 12-18-1944, Joy A. Galentine-Scott b. 1-25-1946, Earl George Galentine b. 6-14-1947, Belva Galentine-Gregory b. 6-26-1948, Tim Harvey Galentine b. 11-10-1949, Rosemary Galentine-Morris b.2-25-1952, and Al Junior Galentine b.7-9-1953 d.3-25-1985. I have all the information about my 1st cousins from my aunts and uncles. George Washington Galentine was married twice. His first wifes name was Harriet J. & his 2nd wife was Emma Florinda (Hartzfeld) Galentine.between both marriages there were 7 children; Archie L.; Gurtrude Liola,; Albert D.; Guy V.; George V.; Hazel,; and Eva. George's father was also George Washington Galentine and that is were I get struck searching this group of my family. If anyone could help me i would be greatly appreciated.
