Antoine Gallant was my uncle, the brother of my mother.
My father Georges married my mother, a Gallant from Matapédia, he was from the Kamouraska region.

All the descendants of André Mignier dit Lagacé are related,
as all the descendants of Michel Haché dit Gallant. My two
ancestors ( or yours ) knew each other, travelled together,
are consider acadian families, they worked together for the same employer in the Miramichi region.
