I am searching for a friend of mine whose mother was named Agnes Celia Gallant born in (he believes) Charlotte Town. Her parents were Eli Gallant and Catherine Blaquierre. He was told that his family came from PEI and is anxious to discover his family history. Appreciate any assistant with the ancestors of Eli and Catherine.
