Hello Norm;
Don't know if your still looking for Ann Murphy's parent, but here is what I have found;
Couln't find anything with Roots Web, LDS. ,so went to PEI cencus(Ann b,abt.1792 NEW London;) In 1798 PEI cencus for that area _Lot 21 I found a James Murphy ,1M,F,16/60-1 total 3; so I figure James ,his wife and a daughter;
Went back to LDS,searched all; this one makes sense although I did not see Ann' birth
A JAMES MURPHY b.1755-1757 Ireland(died in Indian River PEI 17 mar. 1845,married CATHERINE ADAM married abt. 1790-1792 (Dis #54 pedigree file._Individuel records.
had son James Murphy ,b.1803 New London PEI .
When I go to Moncton University I wil check out Ann & Charles' marriage to see what shows as parents & such..
