You should be able to get a death certificate for Inez. Anyone who died in the U.S. after 1915 should have a death certificate on file in the state where they died. The cost is usually about $5 - $7. The certificate should list names of parents and other valuable information. You can write to The Board of Health; Dept. of Vital Statistics and send to the capital city - such as Austin, TX - if she died in that state.
