I am interested in any Gaineys that came to and resided in Arkansas. If you have any Gaineys in your family tree that resided in Arkansas please e-mail me with their information. I am trying to actively trace this surname in the family tree.

So far what I have is as follows, but mostly just names so any help would be great or if you have any Gaineys in Arkansas

For instance, I have a Rosanna. She had 4 children:
1. Mary Ann Gainey
2. Lewis Gainey
3. Nancy Gainey
4. Unnamed Gainey

Mary Ann was born on July 20, 1843 in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. She died on March 19, 1908. She married a Philip James Hurst. He was born on January 22, 1840 in the same county and state as Mary Ann. He died February 14, 1912 in Arkansas. He was a farmer. They had 4 kids:
1. M.P. Hurst
2. Ella Hurst
3. Anna Rose Lee Hurst
4. Mary Jane Hurst

etc.

Also if you have any of the Hursts or Gaineys in your tree above please let me know info you do have on them.
