My Great Grandpa Adam Gainer was married to Mary Summer in Morrisburg Ontario on November 28th, 1901. My dad told me that the Gainers came from Ireland and Scotland. I am looking for info father back than 1901. My great Grandpa had 4 children. Adam Russell, Alfred James, Lera Annie, and Earl William. Adam Russell died on January 6th, 1917 at the age of 13. Alfred James died on September 26th, 1907 at only 11 months. Lera Gainer married Norman Holland on May 14th, 1928 and proceeded to have two children. Norman Jr. and Mary Anne. Earl William married Emma Pearl Whittaker and they had 5 kids. Joan who was still born. Garry Eldon, Carl Ray, Phyllis Leona, and Erma Lera.Garry moved on to marry Valerie(last name not known yet), and they had a daughter named Corrie. Carl Ray moved to Saskatchewan Canada and married Lucille Gibeault, who was also from Ontario. Carl Ray adopted Lucilles first child Pat Gibeault. They then went on to have 3 kids of their own. Tammy Louise, Scott Stephan, and Adam Carl. Phyllis Leona married Ray Lamoureux and had two kids of their own. Vincent and Stephanie.Erma Lera married Lorne Elliott and they had Billy and Tammy.
