My great-great grandfather was Olivier Gagnier who married Sophia Plante in Napierville, PQ . Olivier's brother was Janvier Gagnier who settled in Grosse Pointe, MI. They came from Le Havre, France in the mid 1800's. -

ps - Fr. John Gagnier's website can be misleading in researching "Gagnier".
