Gagen (Gahagan) Family in Mo.

I recently found that Margaret Gagen(1852-1914, daughter of John Henry Sr. (1800-1898) and Mary Ann Gagen, (1819-1905) was born in PA. and came to St. Joseph, Mo. at an early age with her parents and brother John Henry Jr, (1855-1919),and sister Mary Elizabeth, (1863-1933). Margaret married Patrick Dooley in late 1860's or early 1870's. Their children were Henry, Catherine E., William J., Mary M., and John Frances. This family lived their entire lives in St. Joseph, Mo. They were member of St. Patrick's parish. Interestingly, in all records I have researched the spelling Gahagen is used interchangably with Gagen. I am descended from the Dooleys and have alot of info on these two families. Can anyone out there add to the above? Thanks T.Cox
