My grandmother was Agnes Gagen m. Charles McDonnell. They lived in St. Louis and had 9 children: Norine (1913-1975), Agnes (1914-83) Mary Jane (1917-84), Bernadine (my mother) (1921-76), John (1924-74), George (?), twins -Charles (1927-97) and James Herbert (1927-29), and James Francis (1931- ).

I remember as a child going to Paris IL for family reunion. When my Aunt Agnes died in 1983 several relatives including Norine Gagen came to the funeral from Illinois.
