Hi, Lynn,
In 1860 my g'g'grandmother, Mary Harrison, was head of house in census of Bastrop County, Texas.Living in the household was her last child (in his twenties), John Ridgeway Harrison and also a
Mary Gage, age 15, if memory serves.I have found many Mary Gage but have been unable to identify her.Do you have any idea as to which of the Gage families she belonged. My
g'g'grandmother had fourteen children and I think it is possible that one of the girls might have married a Gage and this Mary Gage her daughter. But since I have been able to prove only 7 of her children - I don't know.
If you have any ideas on this please let me know.Thanks.
