I am also related to a Calvin Gage who came to Texas from Arkansas. My Calvin was born 1811 in Ark. and died in Jack County (next to Wise County) Texas in 1859. There is another Calvin Gage who was at the Battle of San Jacinto. He died in 1849. All three of these Calvin's orginate from the same Gage family but had different father's. Much of the info posted about Calvin Gage is confusing. I do not have the father's of your Calvin or mine but I am working on it. If you want to contact me directly feel free to do so.
