Rhonda, Bill and his wife were very generous in donating copies to key libraries or other repositories that figure in our family research. For example, in SC, NC, VA, DC I think copies were given to local historical societies (Anson county -- Wadesboro in NC), state libraries (Library of VA in Richmond), DAR HQ library in DC, and others. Perhaps best to start with your local library to see if any will "loan out" via Interlibrary Loan or can tell you where copies are located. Let book dealers know of your interest on a no-obligation-to-buy basis. Correct title is "That our Names May be Written..."; reference as "The Gaddy Book" was just my shorthand. Good luck -- well worth the search.
