Jessie Edgar Gaddis, 55, of Doty Lane, Greeneville, Greene
Co TN, died Wednesday, Novenber 26, 2008, at Laughlin
Memorial Hospital, Greeneville, TN.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran and a talented mechanic for his
life time. He was well liked by all who knew him, his
family stated.
A special thanks is extended from the family to all those
who stopped in and spent time with Jessie during his illness.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Redmond and
Dellree Gaddis; two brothers, Tommy Gaddis and an infant;
and a nephew, Johnny Gaddis.
Survivors include his brothers and sisters-in-law, Mack
and Alma Gaddis and Benny and Joyce Gaddis; four nieces,
Annette Dickenson, Tracey Kinsler, Daisy Fox and very
special niece and caregiver, Sandra McQueen; four nephews,
Scotty Gaddis, Phillip Gaddis, Jason Gaddis and Johnny
Gaddis; many great-nieces and great-nephews; his special
friends, Gary and Cindy Smith, Chet Massey, Buddy Massey,
Dale McAmis, and many others too numerous to mention as
well as all of his neighbors on Doty Lane.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
Sunday, November 30, 2008 at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday,
December 1, 2008 in the funeral home chapel. The Rev.
Eddie Malone will officiate.
Interment will follow in Andrew Johnson National Cemetery.
The Greeneville-Greene County Honor Guard will conduct a
military graveside service.
Pallbearers will be Danny McQueen, Sidney McQueen, Brandon
McQueen, Shannon Fox, Dale McAmis and Ryan Dickenson.
