Thanks so much for your time. I have been searching casey co. records for years with no help. All my Hughes family has gone on and no one left that "remembers" anything. I did get John Tilman Hughes' death certificate from 1912 and it listed him as "divorced" so he must have divorced Fanny before her death. As for his first wife, Dudama Mason, this is a big mystery. This name is very odd and no where can I find anything on her. I think marriage records must have her name spelled way off, but what it should have been don't know. Thought she might have been Indian with an Indian spelling that is very different to the english sound. Thanks for any help you can give me from Mintonville!
