I was thrilled to see all the info you have posted. I live in Nova Scotia, Canada and my great, great, grandfather and his family arrived in Inglee, Newfoundland and he himself was a teacher and lay reader at the Church of England in Lark Harbour, Newfoundland as of Sept. 1892. He was William Gabriel. His son Frederick was my father's father. My father's name is Walter. The first Gabriel's in Newfoundland arrived from Devon, England. I would love to know if I have any relatives still in England. Never-the-less I was thrilled when I saw your info. Thank you so much.
