Thursday, January 3 or 8, 1920
.. Mr. and Mrs. ? THOMAS of Phoenix, Arizona?, arrived in Stratford a few days after Christmas. Mrs. Thomas is a sister of JEFF GABBERT of this place. The Thomas family had their things shipped to Lexington, Missouri where they first thought to locate. They bought tickets to Stratford to visit the Gabberts. They went to Missouri to look after their belongings, but they are figuring on returning here and becoming residents.

BUD GABBERT of Devol came in Friday for a visit with folks, GABBERT is teaming(?) at Devol and is doing a good job.

MRS. JEFF GABBERT returned from Ada where she has been for several days at the bedside of her daughter MRS. LAIRD.
