William F Holton - 1880 Census Worth County
Posted by: Jane Hawthorne (ID *****6232) Date: January 09, 2013 at 11:23:08

William F Holton is listed in the 1880 census as the grandson of Nancy Holton. Also listed with Nancy are her children Willis, John F and daughter Julia M. John F Holton is my grandfather. Willis or John could be William's father but I don't know. If John is the father he would have been about 16 when William was born and Willis would have been slightly older at 18 so they are possible candidates. Any information on what happened to William F would be appreciated.

I know that John F Holton was married before he married my grandmother in 1901 in Texas but I believe his first marriage took place about 1885. As far as I know Willis was never married. I would be greatful for any help.
