2008 PATE - ROBINSON - SIZEMORE Reunion at Box Springs, Talbot Co, GA
Posted by: John Mallory Land (ID *****6788) Date: February 05, 2008 at 08:15:39

We will be holding a reunion for the descendants and families of John & Martha Ann (WEATHERS) PATE and George Washington & Rhoda (UNKNOWN) SIZEMORE. Quite a few PATE, ROBINSON & SIZEMORE families moved from Chattahoochee County to the Sylvester area - many are buried at the Mt. Pisgah / Evergreen Cemetery there.

We will meet August 30, 2008 (Saturday before Labor Day) at the Mt. Paron Primitive Baptist Church, Box Springs, GA

Reception at 10 AM, Program at 11 AM, Pot Luck Dinner at Noon.

All SIZEMORE and PATE descendants and families and other researchers of these lines are welcome.

Please RSVP to me at retrofit@flash.net if you know you are coming or think you might. Please put “Pate Sizemore Reunion” in the subject line and include the number you expect in your party and the best way to contact you.

We are also planning to visit the family cemeteries on the Ft. Benning reservation for those who wish to, either on Friday, Aug. 29 or Sunday, Aug. 31. I will be posting more details as plans develop.

Please pass the word - there are many kin, and we don't have a way to contact them all. We look forward to seeing everyone in August!
