Freeman Family

hello, I'm trying to find out where it is my line of Freemans came from, and I came across some info that said that my 5th great grandparents Cornelius and Elizabeth Freeman had a son named William R. Freeman in Wilkinson County, GA. on Aug 9 1806. I know that they were in MS in 1817 and that Cornelius was born in 1780 in SC and that Elizabeth was born in NC. I'm not sure if they were just passing thru Wilkinson County or if they stayed for awhile, any light that could be shed on them would be great.

Thanks in advance,
Jonathon
