I have tried so many different websites and message boards and come up empty handed. I am trying to find out info on my Pate family line. My great grandparents were Benjamin Franklin Pate (Sr/Jr, I just don't know) who married Lelia Mercer. I have no other info on the Pate side. I have no idea who his parents were, where he come from, or if he had any brothers/sisters. If anyone has any knowledge of this family, please contact me and share the info.
