Henry Tatum and early church records (1800-1815)

I am looking for any records that would show that Peter and Sandal Tatum were the parents of Henry Tatum. Old church records may be my only hope. Peter Tatum III is the son of Peter Tatum who died and left a will in Wilkes County in 1791. Henry indicated on census records that he was born in GA in 1802. Peter, Sandal and Henry were in Wilkes County until they moved to Monroe (later Montgomery) County, AL by 1816. So Henry would only have been 14 or so when they left Wilkes County.
Thanks,
Pam Downs
