Thank for the reply. Would you mind sharing the information you have about William Head Jr and Henrietta Ray. Clake co Ga was not formed until 1801 so it could not have been Clarke co Ga in 1793. I know they were in Elbert co Ga in 1793. Elbert co Ga was formed in 1790 from Wilkes co Ga. I know that William Head Sr was in Wilkes co Ga by 1789 when he bought property and that area I assume became Elbert co Ga when it was formed in 1790 from Wilkes co Ga. I am trying to find who Henrietta Ray's parents were. I don't know if her family was living in Wilkes co or later Elbert co Ga when they met. Would you know who her parent swere. She was born in he 1770's but I don't know where. Any informato greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ross
