Lewis Ralston 1804 SC---GA---Looking for grave---orbit

I can not find the orbit, death record or grave location of Lewis Ralston. (Rolston) (Rawlston) (Ralstan) born about 1804 in South Carolina.
Most of his life he lived in Lumpkin or Gilmer Counties, Georgia. Father:John Tate Ralston. Wife:Elizabeth (Kell) Ralston. Lewis would have died after 1870. The 1870 census (LDS site) shows Lewis Rolston and his family living in Whitfield County, Georgia. Post Office---Dalton,Ga.

He was the Lewis Ralston that had quite a bit to do with the gold discovery and mining at or near Dahlonega, Georgia starting in about 1828.
He is also credited with finding the first gold in the area of Denver Colorado in 1850 on his way to California.
I have searched the Internet and I havn't been able to find the place or date of his death.

Thanks for any help. Contact Tom tom123s97@yahoo.com
