Sorry I couldn't help more. Have you looked for a county history? Many counties had them in the late 1800s to early 1900s. I had an ancestor who married a John Head in Maryland and they had a son and named him Bigger Head! Isn't that awful? This was in the early 1700s. Good luck with finding your ancestor.
