I am, indeed, still searching for any info concerning this man! He was married in 1891 to Catherine Branch, but before 1900, he was married to Rosa Sikes.
His murder took place in Ludowici on December 31, 1907. His killer was never identified, much less caught. The strangest thing of all, perhaps, is that his wife, Rosa, was in the house where and at the time he was killed, but, according to family legend, she was never made to identify his killer.
