anthony, i had two great great great uncles in the 35th. one pvt.benjamin f. thomason was killed at 2nd mannasas (bull run to us southerners) 8/30/1862. my other uncle pvt.gideon a. thomason went awol in 1865. there was also five Dial boys in the 35th. they were cousins to us. you can find the muster roll at ftp://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/ga/military/civilwar/rosters/35thcog.txt the thomason boys had another brother in co.k 64th reg. his name was isaac sanford thomason he was my great great grandfather. jimmy ray
