I realize that part of Walton Co. (as well as parts of Jasper and Henry)was used to form Newton Co. in January 1821.
I seek info regarding the families of TINSLEY and/or BLACK whose children married in the new Newton Co. in May 1821.
I feel that one or both of these families probably lived in one of the three counties used to create Newton Co. A familiar case of "residing on the same property while the county name changed".
