I know this is an old message, but if you still need the names of the parents of Elizabeth CHANDLER who married Truman Kellog SMITH, they are Bailey CHANDLER,JR. (b. 19 SEP 1792 in Laurens Co., SC - d. 19 APR 1865 in Jackson Co. GA) and Elizabeth Jackson NOLAND (b. 22 JUL 1799 in Newberry Co., SC - d. 21 SEP 1888 in Jackson Co. GA). Bailey CHANDLER,JR. is the son of Bailey CHANDLER,SR. (b. 14 JUL 1751 Goochland Co., VA- d. 03 APR 1809 Jackson Co.), GA and Tabitha JACKSON (b. Circa 1750, d.06 JAN 1840 in Jackson Co., GA). Elizabeth Jackson NOLAND is the daughter of George NOLAND (son of Awbrey NOLAND and Unknown) and Rebecca GORDON (daughter of Gavin GORDON and Sarah {prob. CLARKE}). Bailey CHANDLER, Jr. married Elizabeth Jackson NOLAND on 21 Nov 1816 in Morgan Co., GA, where her parents had moved from Newberry Co., SC. Elizabeth's father, George NOLAND, died in Morgan Co., GA. the year before Elizabeth married.
