Looking for any record of this family shown in 1850 Union Co. census: Thomas Teasley, age 61, wife Elizabeth, age 63, children Martin 18, Mary 16, Martha 14, Adaline 10. Living next door to them was a household headed by Allen Walker, age 22, born in SC, Mary Walker, age 71, born in Ireland, Grisson Walker, age 45, born SC, and Ann Walker, age 19, born SC. Thomas Teasley was shown in the 1880 census of Hiawassee, Towns Co., as age 85, a widower, and living in the household of Allen Walker, age 59, and wife Mary Walker who was the daughter of Thomas Teasley. Children of Allen Walker and Mary shown as Gincy 21, John 20, Joseph 17, Hannah 17, Sarah 15, Julia 13, J. 13, Bartley 9 and Mart in 5. Could Thomas or Elizabeth Teasley be buried in Union Co.?
