The men listed in 1818 were taxpayers, no indication of ages. I do not know of any document that gives census type information. In these books, tax records and lottery draws were used as a "substitute census."

Bess Vaughn Clark, author the the books I own, states:
Eleanor Davis McSwain in her book, "Abstracts of Some Documents of Twiggs County, Georgia", gives the 1818 Tax Digest in full. I have used only the name of the taxpayer and the district in which he lived. The original tax digest is at the Georgia State Archives in Atlanta. A microfilm copy can be found at the Washington Memorial Library, Macon, Georgia.


I don't know if the complete digest contains the ages. Here are some links:
