I am searching for descendants of the family of Francis R. (Frank) and Elizabeth Hendon. They were married in 1853. They lived for a time near Hogansville, but later they lived near Gray Hill, just outside West Point. That's where Frank is buried. After Elizabeth's death, Frank married Elizabeth Simmons (no children). Children of Frank and Elizabeth Scoggins Hendon were: Mary Elizabeth (married William Thomas Burdette); Georgia (married Wiley Booker); Josephine (married George Pilkington); Cornelia (no information); James (no information); Frances (married Barney Almond); Lula (married James Moore); Alice (married McCown);Susan Ann(married Raslee Denney); Robert Lee (married Laura Ann Wood); John Henry (married 1) Rose Lillian Wise and 2) Ruth Smith). I would like to share information with one or more of Frank and Elizabeth's descendants.
