Freeman Allen died 1803 in Hancock co. GA. Jane Allen and James Bullard named executors of his will. Sept. 1807, Willis Roberts appointed guardian of Churchill Allen orphan of Freeman Allen, Britain Williams appointed guardian of William Allen orphan of Freeman Allen, James Whatley [Whaley] appointed guardian of Beverly Allen orphan of Freeman Allen, dec'd. Jan. 1808, Jane Livingston appointed guardian of Betsey Allen, Nancy Allen, Polley G. Allen orphans of Freeman Allen, dec'd.
By 1840 Churchill Allen, William F. Allen and Jane Livingston were in Troup co. GA. Churchill was administrator of both Jane Livingston and William F. Allen's estates.
