I am searching for info on Nelson Thompson b abt 1798. Nelson is listed on the 1827 GA Land Lottery, resided in Madison Co. and granted land in Troup Co. "Capt Dist" is listed as "Berrymans" - Not sure what that is. He is also listed as "illegit".

If anyone has any information on Nelson Thompson of Madison or Troup Cos, please contact me.
