Loose Papers Found in Attic of Tattnall Courthouse

I hear through a distant relative, who read an article in the Atlanta Paper Sunday genealogy section, that there is a new book out, written by Savina Murray & published by Huxford that has info re: loose papers found in the attic of the Tattnall Courthouse. I also understand that there is another book out re: records from the Ohoopee Baptist Church in Washington County dating as far back as 1792.

I wondered if anyone has access to these resources and if so, would mind doing a look up. I'm interested in ordering the books, but, would like to have some idea if perhaps my family is mentioned in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Surnames that I am researching include:
Tyre, Reddish, Sykes, George, Carter, Bennett, Hall, Morgan,
Bowen, Ogden

Happy Thanksgiving!
