History of Thomas County lookup, please?

Does anyone here happen to have easy access to the Irwin MacIntyre book on the history of Thomas County? Iíve seen in the index that Edward Crutchfield is mentioned, I think itís on page 55, and Iím wondering what it says about him. I believe he is my great-great grandfather. Thank you in advance.
