The book does indeed exist. I have seen excerpts from the book. A friend has a few copied pages. It was published in 1923 and was written by W. Irwin MacIntyre. I don't know if it is still in print (I doubt it) but many libraries have it on their shelves. You may find a copy in a library that has a large genealogical section. I hope this helps.
