I saw your posting on the Terrell Co., GA genforum website. Though I am not researching the Hall surname, I do have it adjoining one of my lines. Here is what I have; see if it helps you any...

Thomas J. HALL married Eula Gevaltney Jan. 1892 and then into my line in Oct. 1897 when he married Josephine Ferdonia Jeffersonia Davis, known as "Sonie". There was this Hall family in Terrell Co. in 1860 and 1880, that may be this Thomas's family:

1880 Terrell Co., GA census
Ira HALL - 42
Sarah - 42
James - 22
Tressy - 19
Anna - 17
Martha - 15
Missouri - 13
Thomas - 11
George - 9
Henry - 7
Lela - 2

Perhaps these Hall's were cousins to your Talbot Co. Hall's? Do you recognize any of these names? Like I said, this is not my line of interest. Sonie Davis had a younger brother, William Walter Colquitt Davis, who was my husband's ancestor. their father was Richard Jefferson Davis and their mother was named Mary. Richard Jefferson Davis had 3 families that I know of. That's why I have this Hall info. and it's pretty much all I have on this line. For what it's worth...
