Linda the series of books is actually by Tad Evans and published by his dtr. after his death. He did a BUNCH of Ga books.

I have found the whole series in Columbia SC and later here in Albany Ga-and I got them to get them (They had never heard of them) In Terrell Co Ga-at libries.

They are Great.
Another Great fairly new book is 1864 CENSUS RE-ORGANIZING THE GEORGIA MILITIA abstraced by Nancy J. Cornell which includes all the counties- but Terrell Co. Ga.

This great book gives the age even in months- of each person in the local militia-and usually why they did not serve in the CSA.
