Jesse Martin "Bud" DeLoach & first wife Carrie

I am seeking information concerning Jesse M. "Bud" DeLoach and his first wife, Carrie. There seems to be conflicting info that I can't seem to sort out. They are my GG grandparents.

What I have is:
Jesse Martin "Bud" DeLoach, b. 3-19-1875 d. 4-7-1958 buried in Beard's Creek Cemetery.

First wife, Carrie, b. about 1886 d. possibly between 1809 - 1813. I'm not sure if she died and left Jesse a widower, or if they divorced. She seems to simply have disappeared!

I found a marriage record in Tattnall county for a Jesse DeLoach and Carrie Surrency for May 24, 1900, but was later told this was not my Jesse.

I found a Carrie M. DeLoach in Beard's Creek cemetery with the dates of 01-08-1887 / 03-26-1934, but was told this was the wife of Jesse's brother.

Jesse and his 1st wife had 1 son and 4 daughters - Curtis (died in infancy) Maude, Willi Jo (my g-grandmother), Sally Kate and Edna. Edna is buried near her father.

Jesse married 2nd Minnie Varnedoe 11-16-1913 in Emanuel County GA. They had no children.I was told they divorced shortly after they married.

Jesse married 3rd Alma Brown 10-21-1927 in Emanuel County GA They had 5 children, Janie Ruth, Jesse Parker, Gene, Frank and Mary.

There is also family "rumor" concerning the actual parentage of Jesse's oldest daughter, Maude.

My Jesse is the son of Joseph Asa DeLoach & Sarah E. Durrence.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks -
