Emily Blackwell--farm in Lynn, Tattnall County 1885-1900

I am looking for my great grandparentsí farm. It is said to be near Savannah in Lynn. My great grandmother wrote the address in her Latin/English dictionary and it appears to be 427 Summer St. or possibly Sumner St. or possibly Simm St. I can send you a jpeg of the address as it is written. I'd like to find someone local who might do some footwork for me before I arrive.

I cannot find a map with enough detail to show the street names of Lynn. I have a photo of what I believe is her house. I am planning to visit Savannah and Reidsville to do research. I would like to search for the record that may give me confirmation of location as well as date her presence in Georgia. I suspect my great grandmother, Emily Blackwell, may have lived there as early as 1885 through 1900 and possibly later. I have confirmation that her husband, Charles Blackwell, lived in Savannah in 1889 so that would be the likely point to start.
