Not sure what you're wanting here. The name appears to me to be "Surls". The family entry above the Cooper entry is also Surls -- most censuses back then were done by neighborhood, so this would have to be someone living very close to Cooper, perhaps next door. The Surlses living with Cooper are all over age 11, and the Surlses living in the Surls household are all under 11. The two oldest male Surls in the Cooper household are also listed as "Farmer"s. The oldest Surls is a female, though -- perhaps she was kept as a nanny or governess to the younger Cooper children? -- who knows? Interetsing story there, if you can find it out!
The "History of Stewart County" has plenty of members of a Surles family -- likely descendants of these Surlses.
