Jean, hi. I would appreciate it if you could look for anything on my Jones and Williams families. I think someone had looked for me once before, but maybe a second look could find something. I have a William and Elizabeth (Atkinson)Williams family who were in Stewart Co. on the 1850/1860 censuses; a Henry and Mariah Jones family on the same censuses. My great-grandparents were Solomon and Patience (Willliams?) of the 1880 Stewart Co. Census, but am not sure these are the same who were listed as the children of those two families, am just assuming they are. And I think Patience's sister Mary married a Morton and her sister Sarah married a Hastey, perhaps of Stewart Co., also. Patience Jones, Mary Morton, and Sarah Hastey are listed in the will of this William Williams. I am trying to find anyone who may be related to these two families so I can find my relatives that my grandfather's family lost touch with after his death in 1930. He was James Cornelius Jones, and he died in Leon Co., FL.
If you can find any of these families in the book, I would love to know what it says. Thanks, Beverly Jones Brock
